I took one capsule (500 mg) around 2:00 in the afternoon when I started to get tired, flushed it with 1/2 cup of coffee and whoa! about 10 minutes later I was energized and ready for action, very focused, motivated, and feeling on top of the world. It suppresed my appetite quite nicely which is a huge plus. Thank you Smart Powders for making this miracle supplement so affordable. I'll be buying this again - 5 stars.
